Cancellations and Refund Policy

This Cancellations and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all cancellations and refund requests for travel packages booked through We Wander Travel, a travel company based in Mumbai, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By booking a package with Us, the client (“You” or “Traveler”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. General Terms

• All bookings made through We Wander Travel are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and activity providers.
• In most cases, travel packages are non-refundable once confirmed. Any potential refund is strictly subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

2. Cancellation Requests

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contactwewander@gmail.com.
• Cancellations will be considered effective only upon written confirmation from We Wander Travel acknowledging receipt of the request.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after We Wander Travel receives the corresponding amount from the relevant service providers.

3. Refund Processing and Deductions

• In cases where service providers levy 100% cancellation charges or offer no refund, We Wander Travel shall not be liable to issue any refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed, and may take up to 30 (thirty) business days, depending on banking channels and partner processing timelines.

4. Non-Refundable and High-Season Bookings

• Certain bookings, including but not limited to promotional fares, early bird deals, and peak-season reservations, may be entirely non-refundable.
• These may be communicated to you prior to booking confirmation and will be binding once agreed upon.

5. Changes and Modifications

• Modifications to travel dates, itinerary, or package components are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per the policies of the respective service providers.
• We Wander Travel is not obligated to provide alternate options in case of denial or limited availability from the service providers.

6. Force Majeure

We Wander Travel shall not be held liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
